Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Support Representative – Level I to assist Major Accounts Comprehensive Services clients with payroll applications and tax considerations. The role involves guidance, issue research, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve complex payroll questions across WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal and HRB.

The position emphasizes client-facing support, data maintenance, and proactive communication, with occasional extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposits, filings, and wage and hour laws.
• Familiarity with WFN/Portal and ADP modules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions from Clients regarding WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, and HRB applications.
• Assist Clients with data maintenance and configuration changes in AutoPay Mainframe, WFN, ezLM, HRB and Portal.
• Perform new feature setup requests (e.g. benefits, calculations).
• Assist and support clients with payroll processing questions and issues.
• Research client inquiries using online tools and resources.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and communicate resolutions.
• Complete complex projects such as tax amendments and data adjustments.
• Occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
