Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a client service or customer service environment.
• Comfortable working overtime during peak seasons.
• Alternative experience includes military service demonstrating teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for ADP’s products.
• Build client relationships via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients on the value of ADP solutions.
