Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll processing experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Familiar with payroll software and payroll reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processes regular payroll information weekly, including bonuses and off-cycle checks.
• Performs weekly overtime audits.
• Keeps abreast of wage/tax laws and applies changes as needed.
• Prepares follow-ups for Stop Payment requests and manual checks.
• Responds to questions regarding pay policies and procedures.
• Maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers.
