Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Enter and correct data in UKG and process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional payroll support to employees and leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and documentation.
