Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage hourly payrolls across locations and administer UKG and Workforce Management systems. The role is based in Warroad, MN, with relocation support if relocating from Milwaukee area.

You will coordinate bi-weekly payroll cycles, enter and correct records in UKG, process verifications and garnishments, maintain data accuracy, and generate payroll reports. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of payroll regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Daily entries and corrections into UKG, including new hires and terminations.
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, and other documents.
