Job summary

Marvin seeks a Payroll Administrator to handle hourly payroll processing for multiple locations and administer UKG and Workforce Management systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.

You will coordinate bi-weekly payroll cycles, manage entries in UKG and provide support to employees and leadership on payroll matters. Relocation benefits accompany a move to Warroad, MN, with a strong focus on compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll tasks including daily entries and corrections in UKG.
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents.
• Maintain UKG and WFM databases with precision; compile payroll reports.
• Provide professional support to employees and leadership on payroll questions.
