Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls and administration of UKG and WFM systems.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll cycles, data entry, payroll verifications, and maintaining systems with precision. The role requires strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. Relocation benefits may apply for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including: daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, organizational changes) and processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
