Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. This role handles hourly payroll processing for multiple locations and administers UKG and WFM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll cycles, data entry and corrections in UKG, verifications of employment, garnishments, and generating payroll reports. You will support employees and leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG (e.g. new hires, terminations, organizational changes).
• Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and other federal/state documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
