Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate hourly payroll processing and to administer UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) systems across locations. You will handle bi-weekly cycles, maintain data integrity, and provide responsive payroll support while upholding strict confidentiality.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with federal/state regulations, and collaboration with teammates and leadership. Relocation benefits are available for eligible candidates in Warroad, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks: daily entries and corrections in UKG, verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, etc.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional payroll support to employees and leadership.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data.
