As a Vitality Living Payroll Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll transactions, including preparation, balancing, status changes, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions, as they flow through the payroll system and as new releases are implemented.
  • Assist with generating payroll reports, analyzing payroll data, conducting audits, and reconciliation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain current and historical payroll records according to guidelines.
  • Assist with year-end reporting, processing tax documents, and other filings.
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices, identify discrepancies, and communicate corrections to brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with payroll-related vendors.
  • Manage payroll inbox inquiries, researching and responding to internal and external questions, and redirecting messages as needed.
  • Stay updated on payroll and taxation regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of team member information and payroll data by following security protocols.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Hourly/Non-Exempt

We'd like to talk if you have:

  • A high school diploma
  • 1-3 years payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-site/multi-state environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of UKG Pro payroll administration
  • The ability to manage confidential information with tact and respect for privacy
  • Working knowledge of Admina Health
  • CPP certification is preferred but not required
