Consumer Recruiter

Job Summary

L&E Research seeks part-time Consumer Recruiters for virtual work, selecting, interviewing, and screening candidates for studies or focus groups. Candidates should have strong people skills, work well independently, and possess a good work ethic, communication, and organizational skills. A home computer, broadband, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 are required.

This part-time, remote role averages 20+ hours weekly, recruiting and scheduling participants for market research, with hours varying based on client needs. Available shifts include:

  • 9am - 1pm
  • 1pm - 5pm
  • Other 4-hour shifts between 9am - 6pm
  • Occasional weekends, including some nights and outside standard hours for project needs.

Training is provided for the first 90 days, typically from 11:00am to 2:00pm EST, Tuesday to Friday, with additional advanced training to follow.

Essential Functions & Duties
  • Recruit qualified candidates for focus groups or interviews
  • Screen candidates based on client criteria
  • Make cold calls if necessary
  • Enter data into systems and databases
  • Schedule and confirm participant appointments
  • Maintain participant database information
  • Recruit locally or nationally
  • Communicate daily with Project Managers
  • Attend virtual meetings
  • Perform other duties as needed
Additional Responsibilities
  • Complete training and adhere to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 20252:2019 standards
Qualifications
  • Commit to a specific work schedule quarterly
  • Availability for at least 20-25 hours weekly, flexible from 9am-9pm
  • Home computer with broadband, Windows OS, and Office 2019 or newer
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Good communication skills with Project Managers
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Intermediate data entry skills in Excel, Word, internet search engines
  • Basic troubleshooting skills on personal devices
  • Some college preferred
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Previous remote work experience preferred
Computer & Phone Requirements
  • PC with Windows, Microsoft Office 2019 or newer
  • High-speed internet and reliable phone service

Pay Range

$14 per hour (remote)
