Temporary HRIS and Payroll Specialist - KTS (Remote)

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a motivated Payroll/HRIS Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a temporary basis.

Role Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing semi-monthly multi-state payroll for all corporate employees using ADP Vantage HCM.
  • Managing employee data entry, responding to payroll inquiries, and handling manual checks and year-end W-2 processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and coordinating audits.
  • Supporting setup and administration of payroll and HRIS systems, including user management and data integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of payroll administration experience, with multi-state payroll processing preferred.
  • Experience with ADP/Vantage systems and strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Details
