We’re looking for a detail-driven, solutions-focused Payroll manager to lead payroll operations from anywhere! In this fully remote role, you’ll ensure accurate, timely payroll for the team while driving improvements and efficiencies across the board.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Payroll Process: Lead end-to-end payroll using Paycor, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Keep It Clean: Spot errors, solve issues fast, and implement fixes to prevent future hiccups.
• Make It Better: Continuously improve systems and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Leverage Paycor Expertise: Train and support team members on Paycor tools, and create helpful resources for our teams.
• Stay Compliant: Keep aligned with payroll laws and tax regulations at all levels.
• Lead the Team: Mentor and guide the payroll crew, building a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Analyze & Report: Provide clear payroll reporting and insights to help guide business decisions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with HRIS and accounting to ensure seamless system integration and accurate financial reporting.

What You Bring:

• Strong experience with Paycor and other HRIS systems.
