Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees on a bi-weekly or semi-monthly basis.
• Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and hours worked.
• Enter and update employee data in payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
• Calculate and process adjustments such as bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist with year-end processes including W-2 preparation and distribution.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, direct deposit, and tax forms.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure secure storage of sensitive information.
• Support audits and generate payroll-related reports as requested.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
