CSM Companies, Inc. is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage timely payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states.

You will handle bi-weekly and monthly cycles, ensure compliance with wage laws, deductions, and internal controls while serving as the primary payroll contact within a busy corporate environment. The right candidate will bring 5+ years of payroll experience, multi-state expertise, and strong proficiency with HRIS systems such as ADP, UKG, Paycom or Paylocity.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of payroll processing experience, multi-state experience preferred.
• Experience with 500+ employees payroll and HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Paycom, Paylocity.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for hourly, salaried and commissioned employees.
• Review timecards, overtime, and deductions for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and final pay with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met and maintain payroll controls and audits.
• Answer payroll inquiries and support HR/Operations with payroll reporting.
