Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations across all US locations and multiple company codes. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processing.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience, expertise in ADP Workforce Now, and knowledge of multi-state regulations. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience
• Experience with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and multi-entity payroll processing

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for US-based associates across codes and locations
• Assist in standardizing payroll processes and maintaining data integrity
• Administer payroll systems and timekeeping platforms; troubleshoot issues
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Generate payroll analytics to support budgeting and leadership reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT to ensure accurate payroll data and confidentiality
