Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations across all Bel US locations.

You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for multiple company codes and states. Responsibilities include processing multi-state payroll, maintaining data integrity in ADP Workforce Now and HRIS, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual payroll reports, and generating analytics for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now required; Oracle HCM a plus.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll across multiple legal entities.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for US-based associates across multiple company codes and locations.
• Support Payroll Manager in standardizing payroll processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Administer payroll systems (HRIS and timekeeping), troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Generate payroll analytics and collaborate with Finance for budgets and forecasts.
