The ideal candidate has 2+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with multi-state processing, and proficiency with ADP or Paychex. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP or Paychex.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departments.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting needs.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
