Job summary

Long-Lewis Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for our dealerships and affiliated companies. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Clerk will ensure timely and accurate payroll for a diverse range of employees across multiple businesses.

Ideal candidate has 3-4 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with UKG UltiPro/Kronos; HR or accounting background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for dealerships within the Auto Group and sister companies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with the HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries
