Responsibilities include auditing payroll transactions, handling adjustments, supporting quarter-end/year-end processes, and collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain payroll controls and compliance. 7+ years of payroll experience required.

Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join they're team on a fully onsite basis. This position will be responsible for accurate, timely multi-state payroll processing and requires someone who is polished, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume, multi-state payrolls using UKG Pro
• Audit and reconcile payroll transactions, deductions, taxes, and benefit changes
• Handle payroll adjustments, retro pay, manual checks, and discrepancies
• Support quarter-end/year-end processing, W-2s, and payroll tax reconciliations
• Partner with HR and Finance while maintaining strong payroll controls and compliance
