Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant payroll experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles accurately and in compliance with laws.
• Review payroll action forms, modify employee records, and handle tax withholding and direct deposits.
• Respond to payroll inquiries promptly and prepare monthly statistical reports.
