Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• 1 year of automated payroll experience preferred.
• Experience in a University environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for supplemental paychecks and initiate payment.
• Process payroll for bi-weekly and monthly cycles.
• Review payroll action forms and modify employee records, including tax withholding certificates and work-state information for unemployment purposes.
• Respond to payroll inquiries via phone and email.
• Support ACH processing and payroll document imaging.
