Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas and lookups.
• Experience using ERP or automated payroll systems (Workday preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Audit and analyze biweekly and monthly payrolls for accuracy.
• Resolve payroll issues related to new hires, terminations, and multi-position employees.
• Prepare payroll analyses and respond to inquiries via ServiceNow, email, or phone.
• Serve as backup for Payroll Operations Manager and Workday tasks when needed.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams on payroll configuration changes.
