Job summary

SWBC is seeking a Payroll Specialist I to serve as the primary SWBC PEO representative and payroll liaison for assigned clients and employees. You will manage multi-state payroll processing on weekly to monthly schedules, reconcile records, and support accurate data entry, tax forms, and issue resolution while building durable client relationships.

Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience is required; FPC/CPP preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in payroll processing and deductions.
• FPC or CPP preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll on weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly schedules.
• Reconcile payroll records and ensure accuracy.
• Enter data, prepare forms, and post to payroll systems.
