Job summary

SWBC PEO is seeking an entry-level HR Generalist to support payroll, onboarding, and employee relations across a portfolio of communities. This on-site role collaborates with corporate HR, field teams, and leadership to ensure accurate payroll data and smooth onboarding experiences.

You will gain hands-on exposure to HRIS systems, payroll processes, benefits, and policy administration while collaborating with regional leadership and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organization and time-management, supporting multiple locations.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Comfort with HRIS and payroll systems (training provided).
• People-first, proactive customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and data verification.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and assist with employee relations.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and system data accuracy.
• Provide general HR support across the portfolio.
