Job summary

AIS Infrastructure seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across our projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will handle hours, benefits, and deductions, and provide timely payroll distributions to field and office staff.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in payroll (construction payroll preferred), experience with ADP/Paychex, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in payroll processing or related field (construction preferred).
• Experience filing certified payrolls for projects.
• Proficient with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
• Proficient in Excel and related software.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll data including hours, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments to employees.
• Verify payroll information, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and related documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
