AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processes within the organization. This role requires knowledge of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws, with adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include processing payroll data, ensuring timely payments, and submitting reports while staying current on regulatory changes. Occasional travel to project sites is expected, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
• Knowledge of certified payrolls for projects.
• Familiarity with payroll software systems such as ADP, Paychex.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll data, including hours, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely distribution of payroll payments.
• Verify payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and related documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws to ensure compliance.
