Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our construction-focused team in Rio Rancho, NM. You will process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, ensuring accurate wages, overtime, and deductions while maintaining records in our systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with multi-state payroll, and proficiency with ADP or Paychex. This on-site role offers stability, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally within construction or similar industry.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage is a plus.
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP or Paychex.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
