Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Client Services Specialist to deliver accurate payroll support to multiple clients. You will understand payroll practices deeply, maintain confidentiality, and escalate issues for timely resolution under supervision, while building trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities include processing payrolls, preparing earnings/tax reports, and guiding clients on ADP software.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionally communicates at all levels.
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll support and consulting to payroll clients.
• Manage client relationships independently, escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely and prepare reports of earnings and taxes.
• Train clients on payroll processes and ADP platforms.
• Identify opportunities to expand services to clients.
