Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Professional to provide direct payroll client support under supervision. You will maintain payroll accuracy, manage client records, and ensure timely processing of payrolls using ADP platforms, while upholding confidentiality and professional communication.

Responsibilities include implementing payroll solutions, training clients, and identifying opportunities to expand services.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients under Payroll Supervisor
• Manage client payroll information and resolve discrepancies
• Process payrolls and update employee records to meet deadlines
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions
• Establish and maintain trusted client relationships and ensure confidentiality
• Provide technical software support and identify opportunities to expand services
• Manage client implementation projects and train clients on payroll processes
• Mentor new hires and share knowledge with colleagues
