TotalMed Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of traveler wages and to maintain payroll records for both company and tax purposes.

The role requires coordinating with clinicians to collect and approve weekly timesheets, supporting regulatory reporting, and keeping payroll documents meticulously organized. The position emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication across departments, and adherence to contract terms while upholding the company values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication across departments.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently under established policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for travelers using multiple billing methods.
• Ensure timesheets are submitted, entered, and approved weekly.
• Communicate with clinicians to resolve timesheet issues.
• Support Federal/State reporting and new hire reporting compliance.
• Maintain payroll documents in employee files.
• Uphold core values in daily work and contracts.
