Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support our payroll function for a growing client base. This role handles daily payroll processing, data entry, and client inquiries to ensure accurate and timely payroll outcomes.

The position requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate with Payroll Supervisors and cross-functional teams. Onsite work in a climate-controlled office environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; payroll experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong time management and accuracy in processing payroll tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools; ability to learn new applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Enter payroll changes and verify data accuracy; generate control totals.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly via email, cases, and phone; support cross-functional teams.
