Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and outsourcing provider, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, process changes, and ensure accurate data entry and timely client communication.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects. Office-based environment with standard benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• At least 1 year payroll experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes (hours, updates, earnings, deductions, tax overrides).
• Calculate payroll and verify data accuracy through control totals and reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
