Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base, ensuring accurate and timely handling of payroll data and inquiries.

The role requires strong Excel and Office skills, familiarity with iSolved, and the ability to coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues. This on-site role offers opportunities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience.
• Payroll experience preferred (1 year).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with iSolved is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Enter payroll changes and verify data accuracy for imports and manual reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects.
• Manage and support assigned book of business.
• Maintain relationships across teams to ensure accurate payroll services.
