Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. The role handles scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, data entry, and client inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred additional training or certifications.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service.
• At least 1 year payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Enter payroll changes and earnings, deductions, and tax overrides.
• Calculate payroll and verify data accuracy through control totals and reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects to support clients.
• Manage and support assigned book of business.
