Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, enter payroll changes, and verify data for accuracy. You’ll respond to client inquiries and collaborate on projects with Payroll Supervisors.

Strong spreadsheet and communication skills are essential for success. Experience with payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and a commitment to confidentiality will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in payroll processing and data entry with accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple client inquiries and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or enter payroll changes and verify data for accuracy.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and support clients.
• Maintain and support the assigned book of business.
