Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle on-cycle and off-cycle processing, validate data, and communicate with clients to resolve issues.

The role requires strong Excel skills, time management, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; payroll experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn payroll systems.
• Excellent time management, accuracy, and attention to detail; strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support and on-cycle/off-cycle processing.
• Enter and validate payroll changes, earnings, deductions, and tax overrides.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and calls; support Payroll Supervisors on projects.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.
