Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. This role covers scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, data entry, and client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

Strong time management, attention to detail, and solid Excel/Outlook skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 1+ year in customer service; payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel; ability to learn payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Enter payroll changes, review data, and generate control totals for imports.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and process improvements.
