Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. This role handles scheduled and off-cycle payrolls and verifies data accuracy to ensure correct employee pay.

You will collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects, maintain client records, and respond to inquiries via email, cases, and phone to support seamless service delivery. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of one year in customer service; payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or enter payroll changes, calculate payroll, and verify data accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone; collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects.
• Manage and support assigned book of business.
