Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: assist clients with payroll and HR solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Learn: continuously upgrade payroll knowledge including compliance and processes.
• Organize: manage a high volume of calls with a structured daily schedule.
