Job summary

ADP, Inc. is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist in Tempe, AZ. You will guide new clients as they adopt ADP payroll and HR solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success.

You will analyze client systems and processes, implement solutions, and collaborate with sales and support teams to meet priorities. Success requires strong communication, the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 to 3 years of client service or systems integration experience
• Basic project management skills
• Overtime hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship-building.
• Implement ADP Technologies. You will consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
• Partner Internally. You will collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service and exchange routine information with the client project team.
• Multi-Task - Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and the teams you work with at ADP.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season phone time increasing.
