Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Business-to-Business client service/interface or systems integration environment.
High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

Implement ADP's Payroll solutions. Provide expert support for integrated solutions in a global marketplace.
Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project workflow and optimize system configurations and upgrades.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely solutions within defined timelines and by maintaining ongoing client engagement.
Resolve issues and provide solutions with initiative and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of client setup.
Collaborate with client project teams and ADP associates in sales and customer service; contribute to process improvements and mentorship.
