ADP is hiring a Payroll Implementation Consultant to leverage our training and service guidelines while applying your business consulting expertise to onboard customers for ADP product implementations.

The role emphasizes consulting with clients, analyzing processes, and building long-term trusted relationships, collaborating with ADP teams to deliver tailored payroll solutions.

ADP is hiring a Payroll Implementation Consultant. In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution
• Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
• Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
• Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution
• Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment
• At least 1 year of business consulting experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• WorkForce Now experience/knowledge highly preferred.
• Implementation experience highly preferred.
• Payroll knowledge including payroll skills for processing Client payrolls. Accuracy and dependability important since errors or omissions can directly impact Client associate paychecks, and errors in reporting can also lead to penalty and interest payments for ADP.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.
• Must be able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Excellent Professional Customer Service Skills.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Strong Process and documentation skills.
• Strong Research Skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in using PC

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $21.92 - USD $40.87 / Hour*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
