• 5-8 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience (Account Management, Project Management, HR, Payroll, Business Consultant, implementation).
• Proven ability to apply consulting skills to complex business challenges and present to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel ~20% (often higher).

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify and deliver optimization recommendations for payroll, time, HR, and finance.
• Configure needs analyses and develop strategic recommendations for client processes.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations addressing client requirements and ADP capabilities.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across the engagement.
• Represent ADP at seminars and client meetings as needed.
• Develop processes and tools that serve as industry benchmarks and SME roles.
