Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) in Houston is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice. This role focuses on building and sustaining positive relationships with payroll implementation clients and serving as the main point of contact to understand needs and deliver solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage payroll implementations, oversee project handoffs, and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCM experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members, clients, and internal stakeholders through the entire sales and implementation process.
• Manage new client activities related to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timeline, ensuring milestones are met for on-schedule implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process.
• Oversee detailed documentation of the implementation process and any system customizations.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
