Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice in Charlotte. You will lead payroll implementations, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized HR/payroll solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in payroll or HCM, a Bachelor's degree, and CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM credentials preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience may be considered.
• Certifications such as CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with payroll implementation clients and internal teams.
• Oversee payroll implementation activities from discovery to system setup.
• Manage project timelines and milestones for implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and document customization details.
• Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Oversee handoff to payroll processing team.
