Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll (HRSP) practice in Raleigh, NC. You will lead payroll implementations, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored payroll solutions.

The role requires 7 years payroll or HCMS experience, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Certifications CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members, clients, and internal stakeholders through the end-to-end sales and implementation process.
• Manage new client activities related to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timeline and ensure milestones are met for on-schedule implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Document the implementation process and any customizations.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
