Job summary

ADP is seeking a Payroll Business Partner I to serve as a primary client liaison for ADP's PEO solutions, delivering timely payroll guidance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You’ll troubleshoot issues, educate clients, and develop strong partnerships to support client retention and growth.

In a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment, you’ll communicate clearly by phone and email, building trust and professionalism while upholding ADP’s values.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• A college degree is great but not required.
• Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Successfully supports clients by providing payroll guidance and timely, accurate advice.
• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, maintaining professional standards.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services and translate input into actionable recommendations.
• Organize daily schedule and manage high inbound call volumes, with peak-season adjustments.
