Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client or service experience.
• Overtime during peak seasons may be required.
• A college degree is not required; relevant experience accepted.
• Military experience is welcome.
• Certifications like FPC or CPP are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by applying broad payroll knowledge to client issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients and provide recommendations on payroll practices and solutions.
• Organize and manage high volumes of inbound calls with a structured daily schedule.
