Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Business Partner I to provide specialized payroll support and guidance to clients within our PEO solution. You will serve as the primary client liaison for employer-level concerns and deliver first-level payroll support, helping clients stay compliant with federal, state, and local payroll laws.

As a trusted payroll advisor, you will deliver timely advice, implement payroll solutions, educate clients, develop partnerships, and demonstrate value in the ADP client

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; prior service or military experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver – use breadth of expertise to resolve time‑sensitive client issues and identify solutions.
• Build relationships – connect with clients via phone, email, or chat, exceeding expectations and upholding ADP’s core value of “Integrity is Everything.”
• Educate and provide recommendations – leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand product value and translate input into recommendations for leadership on best practices and training.
• Organize – adhere to a daily schedule to manage high volume inbound calls; phone time may increase during peak seasons.
